    Q. What are the hours of operation?
    A.

    The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Appointments may be scheduled as early as 7:00am for special vascular testing procedures. A physician will be available on call 24 hours a day.

    We are contracted with the majority of insurances companies. For specific information, call our billing department at 253-383-1088.

    Q. What are the billing policies?
    A.

    We will bill contracted insurance companies for services. Balances due after insurance payment will be billed to the patient. For account information, call our billing department at 253-383-1088.

    Q. How do I have a prescription refilled?
    A.

    We request 24 hours to work on prescription refills. It is best to have your pharmacy fax a request to us, however, you may call the office as well. Please have available the name of your medication, pharmacy phone number and any allergies you may have.
